Independent Balancing Company, Inc. was founded in 1975 by Dietrich Rose, P.E. and incorporated in 1981. We are a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) certified Testing and Balancing firm specializing in Air and Hydronic Balancing, Sound and Vibration Testing, and HVAC Commissioning.
We have membership with The American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and Sheet Metal Contractors of America (SMCA).
